SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday-Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We endeavour to communicate any delay in manufacturing and/or dispatch. 

Delivery estimates:

• Made-to-Order engagement or wedding rings

• Usually dispatched within 25 working days, but can be up to 30 working days in busier periods

• Made-to-Order earrings or pendants

• Usually dispatched within 25 working days, but can be up to 30 working days in busier periods

•  Ready-to-Wear engagement rings and wedding bands

•  Please allow up to 3 working days until your item is dispatched

• Please allow an additional 10-15 working days for items being resized or having a personalised engraving applied

• Ready-to-Wear earrings or pendants

•  Please allow up to 3 working days until your item is dispatched

• Bespoke or Custom items

• Usually dispatched 6-8 weeks once production deposit is paid. Dispatch will only be authorised after final payment is received

Estimated delivery times via Royal Mail: 

UK Special Delivery aim: Next working day

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-14 working days

*Please note, parcels shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs and duty charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges in a timely manner to release their items.
