Our Promise to You: A Clear Guide to Our Warranty & Repairs

We're incredibly proud of our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Here's a simple breakdown of what's covered and what to expect if your jewellery needs a little extra care.

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

We put our jewellery through rigorous quality checks to make sure every piece is perfect. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers any hidden defects that may have been missed during this process.

What the warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects discovered at any point in the jewellery's lifetime.

What the warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental Damage: This includes things like visible scratches, dents, or a misshapen band caused by daily wear and tear.

  • Misuse or Improper Care: For example, we've seen rings damaged from being worn at the gym, which can misshape the band and loosen stones.

  • Repairs by Another Jeweller: The warranty is void if any work (including resizing or cleaning) is done by a third party.

  • Loss of Stones: This warranty does not cover the loss of any stone, regardless of its size.

Our Annual Workshop Cover

We know that accidents happen. That's why we gift you one year of complimentary Workshop Cover with every engagement ring purchase. After the first year, you can choose to renew this cover for a fee of £90 per year. Learn more about the Annual Workshop Cover here

What Workshop Cover includes:

  • Free repairs for accidental damage. You will only be responsible for postage fees.

What Workshop Cover does not include:

  • Loss of stones.

  • Damage from misuse or improper care. Our workshop manager will assess all damage to determine if it falls into this category.

Not-for-Profit Repairs

If your jewellery needs a repair that isn't covered by either the Lifetime Warranty or the Workshop Cover, we offer a not-for-profit repair service. This means you only pay for the cost of the materials and labour, plus postage. Because the price of precious metals can change, we can't give a set price list, but we promise to keep the costs as low as possible.

A Note on Insurance

Fine jewellery is a valuable asset. We strongly recommend adding your jewellery to your personal insurance policy as soon as you receive it. Take a few photos and share your proof of purchase with your insurer. This simple step will ensure you are protected against loss or theft.
