2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, agents, contractors, or immediate family members of the Promoter may enter provided they have purchased an engagement ring at full retail price and otherwise meet the eligibility criteria.
2.3 Proof of eligibility may be required.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
3.1 Entry is automatic for every individual who purchases an engagement ring from The Cornish Diamond Co. between January 21st 2026 and June 30th 2026 inclusive, either online or in-store.
3.2 One entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.
3.3 Rings purchased using discounts, promotions, or not at full retail price are not eligible.
3.4 Exchanges are permitted and will not invalidate entry; however, any purchase that is refunded prior to the draw will be excluded from the giveaway.
3.5 No additional purchase or action is required to enter beyond the qualifying ring purchase.
4.1 One winning couple will receive the Beyond the Ring experience, consisting of:

4.3 The refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the ring purchase.
5.1 The prize is valid for 12 months from the date the winner is notified.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
5.3 Travel to and from Cornwall, additional meals, beverages, accommodation upgrades, and incidental expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
5.4 Availability, blackout dates, and seasonal restrictions apply and are determined at the discretion of Cornish Gems.
6.1 Upon winning, the winner will be asked to provide preferred dates.
6.2 Cornish Gems will offer a selection of available properties and dates; accommodation selection is made by Cornish Gems and availability is not guaranteed for requested dates.
6.3 The Cornish Diamond Co. will act as liaison and will arrange bookings with Cornish Gems, Trevibban Mill Vineyard, Tor Pottery Works, and Paul Ainsworth At No6. based on mutually agreed availability.
6.4 All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective partners.
7.1 One winner will be selected at random on July 1st 2026 from all eligible entries.
7.2 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
7.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography and/or testimonials, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8.2 The winner’s name and county may be published by the Promoter for promotional purposes.
9.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.
9.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and related promotional purposes.
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway or any element of the prize due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or supplier unavailability.
