Trevibban Mill is set on historic farmland where vines and apple trees now grow alongside native Southdown sheep. Founded in 2008 by Engin and Liz Mumcuoglu, the estate produces award winning still and sparkling wines with a focus on quality over quantity.
Everything happens on site, from harvesting and pressing to bottling and labelling. This hands on approach allows the family to oversee every detail and ensures each wine reflects the care that goes into it.
The vineyard works closely with nature, without the use of herbicides and with a strong focus on biodiversity. Much of the estate is Soil Association certified, and solar panels provide a significant portion of the winery’s energy.
This thoughtful approach is reflected in every bottle, from elegant sparkling wines to expressive still wines and ciders.
The guided wine tours at Trevibban Mill offer an intimate introduction to Cornish winemaking. Lasting around two hours, each tour takes you through the vineyard and winery while sharing the stories behind each vintage.
Tours are often led by one of the owners or a family member. The experience finishes with a tutored tasting of five still and sparkling wines in the south facing tasting room. Sharing boards are available to enjoy alongside your tasting.
With rolling vineyards and a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, Trevibban Mill offers a natural setting for proposals and engagement celebrations. Many couples choose to mark the moment during a tour or tasting.
The vineyard also welcomes private bookings and larger gatherings, allowing intimate moments to grow into celebrations with close family and friends.
