Customising an existing design is wonderfully simple. If you find a ring you love but want to make a minor change, just let us know. We’ll confirm the price and share a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of the altered ring for your approval within 2-3 working days.
For a completely unique piece, our bespoke service is the perfect choice. This journey begins with a personal consultation to discuss your vision. Once the design is finalised, we'll create a CAD for your review, allowing you to confirm every detail before we begin crafting your one-of-a-kind ring. The bespoke process typically takes 8-12 weeks, and we pride ourselves on making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return or exchange window on all our standard engagement rings, which means you have two weeks from the date of delivery to decide if the ring is perfect for you. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom or bespoke orders, as these are uniquely created for you. To give you peace of mind, all our engagement ring orders also come with one free ring resizing, so you can be sure of a perfect fit.
